My Elvii in Canadian Geographic

My favorite thing about getting mail, in complete contrast to my dislike to getting bills in the mail is getting something fun, something special or something that makes me dance around my kitchen while I attempt to sing a silly song to my mini celebration. That is exactly what happened when I got a sweet little package this week with a couple of issues of the Canadian Geographic! It was better than Christmas! It was like winning the lottery on your birthday that is nowhere near the same day as Christmas, getting a raise without trying and going on a long vacation all at the same time!

Yes I do love the Canadian Geographic, but I love the current issue so much more! The hard work, time and effort I put into working on a personal series of photographs capturing the Elvis Tribute Artist culture has paid off by being published in a magazine I have been dreaming about seeing my work in for the last decade!

But there is more! I really do feel like a little kid in a candy store! Canadian Geographic online has the story and more of my photographs too! And an interview with me and more of my work as a part of their Field Reports!

I am so grateful to all of my Elvis Tribute Artist friends! They let me go beyond their comfort level and I really enjoyed being in their company. Thank you! Thank you very much! LOL!
